Becoming Principal : Assistant Principal On The Brink

Empower yourself and/or the assistant principals in your school or district in the seven standards of Executive Leadership outlined by the North Carolina Board of Education. “Today’s schools must have proactive school executives who possess a great sense of urgency.” (NC Standards for School Executives)

Through a keen focus on leading learners, designing learning structures, facilitating change, and a proactive communications agenda, this session is a can’t miss workshop for emerging principals. Not only does the seminar provide the necessary skill set to race on the fast track towards a principalship, the session delivers the goods for current assistant principals and schools who desire true strategy champions at their respective sites. Individual rates for sessions in your area are $75. Group rates for systems are $50 for every assistant principal over (10) in your leadership cohort or assistant principal academy.

The Leadership Academy : Moving School Systems From Good to Great

The Leadership Academy is a three session seminar utilizing the popular Jim Collin’s novel, Good to Great, as a framework for assessing school leadership in your district, transforming it via laser sharp staff development, and providing data driven follow-up so that all of your dreams become living details of success. The Leadership Academy generally commences at summer leadership retreats, includes a follow-up staff development and planning session around December, and concludes with data analysis of your system surveys, responses, and goals at the end of each school year in May or June. From Day Dreamer to daredreamer: Course, College, and Career Nights for Community

daredreamers provides (C3) nights to the school community serious about college planning. With a focus on rigor, relevance, and relationships, this session is designed for the high school guidance office, parent advisory group, or school leader who would like to see students challenged to become more in their coursework, college planning, and career direction while in high school. Through student profiling, financial aid information, and college recruiting seminars, this “festival” of career planning engages your guidance staff, parents, and students in a collaborative leadership model that results in real direction for your students. Such a process begins well before our C3 night appearance and school packages begin at $500 with registration fees for your students and families that are negotiable based on your demographics and needs.
